EA 50 is a counterstain that highlights the cytoplasm of cells, providing green or blue-green hues. It helps differentiate various cell types based on their cytoplasmic characteristics.

Ingredients

Ethanol 95% v/v, Light Green SF yellowish, Eosin Y, Eosin Blue, Bismark Brown, Phosphotungstic acid, Lithium carbonate, Acetic acid, Distilled water, Stabilizers and Antimicrobials.
